The Marketing & Communication Coordinator supports the execution of marketing and communication initiatives, ensuring strong brand visibility, customer engagement, and alignment with business objectives.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns and communication initiatives
  • Develop and manage content across digital platforms and marketing materials
  • Support events, product launches, and promotional activities
  • Ensure brand consistency and visibility across all channels and outlets
  • Liaise with internal teams, agencies, and suppliers for smooth execution
  • Manage marketing materials, procurement, and administrative follow-up
  • Track performance metrics, prepare reports, and support continuous improvement
  • Monitor and follow up on customer satisfaction metrics, ensuring insights are translated into actionable improvements
Qualification and Profile
  • Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in marketing, communication, or related role
  • Good understanding of content creation, branding, and digital communication
  • Strong writing skills in French and English (Creole is an advantage)
  • Familiarity with design tools and content creation principles
  • Good organisational and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and creativity
