The Marketing & Communication Coordinator supports the execution of marketing and communication initiatives, ensuring strong brand visibility, customer engagement, and alignment with business objectives.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns and communication initiatives
- Develop and manage content across digital platforms and marketing materials
- Support events, product launches, and promotional activities
- Ensure brand consistency and visibility across all channels and outlets
- Liaise with internal teams, agencies, and suppliers for smooth execution
- Manage marketing materials, procurement, and administrative follow-up
- Track performance metrics, prepare reports, and support continuous improvement
- Monitor and follow up on customer satisfaction metrics, ensuring insights are translated into actionable improvements
Qualification and Profile
- Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in marketing, communication, or related role
- Good understanding of content creation, branding, and digital communication
- Strong writing skills in French and English (Creole is an advantage)
- Familiarity with design tools and content creation principles
- Good organisational and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and creativity
