LFL is recruiting Maintenance Officer

Main Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist the Factory Manager on floor supervision and on handling timekeeping and attendance records of Technicians
  • Preparation of shift scheduling and manpower planning
  • Monitor energy usage, compute KPIs, and follow up on contracts, SLAs and certifications
  • Manage purchasing activities including tracking consumables, processing POs/PRs and supplier coordination
  • Maintain and update maintenance records and tasks using the designated system and report key metrics
  • Oversee inventory of spare parts and consumables, conduct stock checks and issue spare parts on the system
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records of maintenance activities, vendor documents, equipment logs and warranty info
  • Assist in preparation of Budget, and related documentation for capital expenditure requests
  • Coordinate with other departments for CAPEX approvals and tracking
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards across all operations.
Qualification and Profiles
  • A Diploma (Bacc+2) in Maintenance, or any related field
  • Minimum 3 years in a maintenance role or in a manufacturing environment
  • Intermediate MS Office exposure

  • Dynamic, detail-conscious, well organized with high level of confidentiality
  • Interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, handle emergencies
  • Reliable, proactive and comfortable working in an industrial environment
