Maintenance Coordinator

The Maintenance Coordinator will be responsible for managing maintenance activities manufacturing facilities, driving energy efficiency initiatives, supporting capital projects, while ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor preventive and correctivemaintenance activities for factory equipment, facilities, and utilities
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and technical issues tominimize downtime and ensure operational continuity
- Work closely with Production and Quality teams to coordinatemaintenance-related activities
- Monitor maintenance KPIs and recommend continuousimprovement actions
- Support the implementation and monitoring of energy managementsystems
- Analyse energy consumption trends and recommend energy-savinginitiatives
- Ensure proper purchase, storage, identification, and control of spareparts and maintenance consumables, and monitor stock levels
- Participate in major Capital Projects and review technical andcommercial proposals with management and stakeholders
- Organise daily maintenance briefings with Team and establish workpriorities
- Coach and support team development and technical competencybuilding
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, operational, and LEANmanagement standards
- Participate in maintenance budgeting and equipment upgradeinitiatives
Qualification and Profile
- Degree in Mechanical orElectrical Engineering, IndustrialMaintenance, or related field
- Proven experience inmaintenance in a manufacturingor industrial environment
- Knowledge of Maintenancesystems and related reporting
- Broad understanding of utilities,energy management, andcontinuous improvementmethodologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools
- Knowledge of ISO standards,LEAN principles, and health &safety regulations
- Strong problem-solving,planning, and organisationalskills
- Ability to work collaborativelyand lead teams effectively
- Ability to meet deadlines andwork under pressure
- Good communication andinterpersonal skills
