Business Unit Manager

The Business Unit Manager oversees the performance and day-to day operations of our feed mill activities at Riche Terre, while contributing to the development and execution of business objectives and growth plans.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Define and implement the industrial strategyaligned with business growth objectives
- Lead and oversee site operationsto ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective production
- Drive performance across production, maintenance, logistics, quality, and HSE
- Ensure strong inventory control, asset reliability, and operational efficiency
- Deliver the Business Unit P&L and financial performance targets
- Translate market demand into operational plans in collaboration with commercial team
- Support regional growth initiatives, particularly in aquafeed
- Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, and feed safety standards
- Lead continuous improvement initiativesto optimize costs and efficiency
- Develop and lead teams, fostering a culture of performance, accountability, and engagement
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory, environmental, and governance requirements
Qualification and Profile
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years’ experiencein an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Strong technical knowledge of production and operations management
- Proven leadership experience with team management responsibilities
- Strong financial acumen with P&L ownership
- Good knowledge of ERP systems
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- In addition, you demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, including:

- A strong results-driven mindset, with the ability to translate strategy into actionable plans, define clear objectives, and ensure delivery through performance monitoring
