LFL is the industrial core of the company, dedicated to manufacturing high-quality livestock feed. With its three factories strategically located across the country, LFL ensures consistent supply and product accessibility for breeders nationwide.

LFLAgri focuses on strengthening responsible local agriculture. It empowers farmers by training them in sustainable maize cultivation, promoting environmentally sound practices, and building long-term partnerships. LFLAgri also manages the storage of raw materials, supporting LFL’s mission to source inputs locally and foster a resilient, green supply chain.

Farmshop handles last-mile delivery, technical assistance, and customer engagement. Through a growing network of over 150 points of sale and franchised Farmshops, it brings products and expertise directly to farmers, ensuring access and responsiveness across rural communities.

Together, these three poles form an inclusive, vertically integrated business model. LFL connects every stage of the value chain—from raw material production to feed manufacturing and distribution—while directly supporting farmers and breeders.
